A special stage , not only because the start and finish takes place in a unique location - on the bridge in front of the Ter Horst castle but also because the course takes the runners over maybe the most beautiful part of the Veluwe known as the Loenermark.
While castle Ter Horst is placed a little outside the Veluwe-massif, the first and last kilometers are relatively flat . On your way to the Loenermark you will encounter some climbs aswell as some rapid descents . Heading towards the finish line involves more descending but look out for the Zilvensche Heide and the Imbos road climbs , they can be quite tough !
After the race there are shower facilities at the Footballclub Loenermark.
From 20H30 everyone is invited to the Oranjerie by the Castle ter Horst.
Supporterstip During this stage there is a oppurtunity to get a tour of the castle Ter Horst . N.B. - Please let the secretary know if you want a tour of the castle before the start of the stage !
