Monday 11.00AM, Distance 21,2 km for the 60 and 100km event.

The last stage. During the first 9km of this stage don`t really take note of your time too much as you`ll be gradually climbing. Thus a false flat, through Kruisjesdal and Hertendal heading towards Echoput and further along the Amersfoortse road to the highest point in the hardloop4daagse : 100meters above Sealevel (near the "Aardhuis" road direction Uddel). Afterwards, hard downhill. And by the "Rode weg" (Redroad), fortunately one heads back into the forests, away from the long straight Amersfoortse"road". Hopefully once in the forests the runners will come across less cyclists which will enable them to enjoy the beautiful views of the Asselsche Heide. After the last refreshment station be prepared, the last few kilometers aren`t the easiest! The last kilometer is of descending nature over poor paths and one may even hear the popular speaker, Henk Borgmeijer if the wind is blowing in the right direction.
