Friday 19h30 distance: 16,4 km 60 and 100 km
After completing 300meters on the athletics track runners will leave the Orderbos Sportspark via a bicycle path and Asselse street. Runners then leave the bicycle path and run past a well known farm in the area and it is there where they can expect the first of a few false climbs in the Telefoon road. Immediately after the refreshment station the real climbing begins in the direction of Hoog-Soeren (protected villageview) and then on towards Echoput. The toughest part of the stage is over once runners reach the Amerfoortse road. The finale is basically undulating and run over an asphalted bicycle path firstly past the Amersfoortse road and J.C. Wilslane and upwards past the Soerense road and back via Lammerts path , Asselse street and the "wielerbaan".
Supporterstip Watch the race progress through the village of Hoog Soeren as it and its surrounding landscape are unique , so much so that they have gotten a protected character. Participants run past "the white church".
