  1. In cases where rules and regulations aren`t in print the race jury will make the final decision.
  2. Runners receive two race numbers , one is to be worn on the front and the other on the rear of the vest .
  3. Runners are to sign in with the race secretary before each stage begins. The secretary will accept signatures from an hour before the stage begins but will not be present 15 minutes before the race begins. During the time-trial runners must sign in no later than 30 minutes before their own start time.
  4. Participants are to arrange their own transport to and back from the allocated start locations.
  5. After 6 ( or 4 stages ) a final general classification will be available.
  6. Categories will work as follows:
     
    Senior men , Men 35 - 39 , Men 40 - 49 , Men 50 - 59 , Men 60+ .
    Senior woman , Woman 35 - 44 , Woman 45 - 54 , Woman 55+ .
  7. Runners are obliged to run in their correct categories. The 29th of may 2009, the start of hardloop4daagse, will be leading.
  8. The quantity of prizes per category is dependant on how many runners are participating in their respective divisions:
     
    1 - 3 participants = 1 x prize .
    4 - 6 participants = 2 x prizes .
    7 & more participants = 3 x prizes .
     
    Afterwards , there will be extra prizes for the 1st male and female in both distances.
  9. Runners who have entered the 100km race aren't classified into the 60km race.
  10. The classification after 3 ( or 2 stages ) determines the starting order in the time-trial . The runner who is last on the general classification in the 100km race will start first ( 10:00am ) . The second last runner in the 100km event then begins 30seconds later etc . After the leader of the 100km race has begun then the runner who is placed last in the 60km event will start , etc.
  11. Participants, at all time, have to follow up the rules of the organisation.
  12. Runners are obliged to always run with their Champion Chips.
  13. Runners are lead by a cyclist in all of the stages except in the time-trial . Cyclists are not permitted to assist or get in the way of any the runners.
  14. The race jury may disqualify runners who don`t adhere to the rules and regulations of the hardloop4daagse.
  15. Runners participate at their own risk , the organisation accepts no responsability for any damages occured.
  16. Entry fees won't be given in return in case of  annulation or non appearance.
  17. Participants who have entered have to present themselves at the race secretary on the first raceday between 16h00 and 19h00.
  18. The organization accepts no responsability if the hardloop4daagse is to be cancelled or shifted to another date due to unforseen circumstances.
  19. Participating in the hardloop4daagse means that the participant excepts the rules and regulations.
  20. During the stages it is not permitted to run with dogs. Only guide dogs will be permitted if need be. Dogs are welcome on the camping site , but only guided.
