Mark the Whitsuntide in your agenda as an important weekend for your number one hobby: running, but over four day period. In earlier editions there have been 250 participants competing in either the 60 km or 100 km event. Once again all courses are officially measured and consists of bicycle paths and sandroads run through beautiful nature reserves. Runners can choose the one of the following events:

1. 6 stages - total 100 km
2. 4 stages - total 60 km
3. ‘Estafette4daagse’ (Relay consisting of 6 stages)
